Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eagan/St Paul

Was very satisfied with the Location, Price and Accomodations at Your Microtel. Enjoyed talking to the Staff while waiting for Family to pick Me up. Very Courteous and accomodating Staff.

Was unable to Sleep well for two nights because Someone was trying the doorhandle between the rooms. I said Someone was here in room, but it continued. I could hear Children talking and tried to speak to Them. I even went and knocked at the door, but No-one would answer. I believe The Group of Them left, the same day that I did. I did mention it to the Clerk at the Desk who said She would look into it. Apparently nothing was done, because it continued the next night. At 5:45AM, the last day I was there, They took 5 Showers and the pipes and water were very noisy. I gave up and was up and dressed by 7AM. I would reccomend Your Microtel, but if an incident like this happened again, I would follow through with it.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Though we had a non-smoking room, the connecting room was a smoking allowed room. Had I known I would have switched rooms. I have asthma and smoke really bothers me. Luckily, it was only our last night.

I liked the price and the location. The staff was also very nice.

I didn't like that smoking was allowed in some of the rooms. It made the hotel smell a little stuffy and the walls a little dirty.

The TV did not have sound on some of the stations. Also the sink faucet did not work properly.

The price was very affordable. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Decent breakfast.

The hotel is close to the airport. The airplane noise didn't bother me, but my husband complained it kept him up. Also, one light in the room was out, and the iron didn't work.

The room was very clean and modern. All of the staff were polite and friendly - both on the phone and at the hotel. Nice continental breakfast. Wonderful experience at an unbelievable price - I would definately stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
