I have two complaints.
1)I requested a 7:30AM wakeup call and didn't get it.
2) Thelavatory sink was almost stopped up and took forever to drain - nasty

The bed was comfy and the shower was wet.
We had a group of 7 and got three rooms. The price online was cheaper than calling the hotel directly. Once we booked online we called and asked if roll away’ s were available. We were told by the hotel that they could put one in. Upon our arrival they informed us they would not put in a roll away in the room. We were told there was truck parking and there was not any. There was a homeless man drinking in the lobby harassing costumers. He tried to fight me when I asked him to leave. All in all not a pleasant hotel to deal with.
