Clean room, comfy bed, complimentary coffee and cold water in the lobby, easy access to downtown Durango. The DoubleTree by Hilton Durango is the only hotel I'll stay in when visiting Durango. It's my favorite!

It was close to the downtown, the room for the seminars was good, the meals were good, the coffee was very good and was available near the front desk for free, which is a good perk.

No one cleaned my room after my first night. It wasn't really dirty, but for the price, I figured my bed could have been made and the bathroom straightened up.

The ambiance that the hotel generates is pure HILTON at its best. Relaxing and tasteful and geared to pleasing the guests. Reminded me of the Palmer House in Chicago, one of my favorite hotels. I also liked your free coffee setup in the lobby in the morning. That's class! And the location next to the Las Animas river is perfect. We had a room facing the river. Super. Will be back next summer and will plan to stay for a longer time. Durango is so much more than it was the last time I visited appr. 15 years ago. We will be back!
