The heat did not work tv didnt work had to use electric space heaters for heat managment didnt act very concerned would not stay here again an very seriously thoinking about ruling days inns out of any stays in future

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

We had three couples and wanted to be next to each other. The desk clerk at check in time tried to make this happened, but it was too late. When we booked the rooms we asked to located together.

It was only one night, with the weather very hot. We enjoyed the cool room and the pool. In addition, when we asked for an extension of the checkout time (in order to watch the end of the Wimbledon tennis match, the desk folks were very accommodating. Thanks again.
