Royal Ascot Hotel

One of the best Hotel to stay in Bur Dubai. Service is excellent and it is value for money. This is my second time staying at the Hotel.

I thought the hotel was very nice and i enjoyed my stay, only a couple of things could be improved .... whilst checking in 3 different people handled me it would be nice to just speak to one person and them complete the check in in one go instead of handing around id's and credit cards. the break fast was good maybe have someone cooking omelites ton order like in the ascot (level 5) the service out the front of the hotel was excellent they were very helpful with directions and curtious and opened the doors for us reminded us not to leave things in the taxis it was very nice. Check out could of been quicker i waited 20 min and i didn't know it was going to be that long, i think the check out time was the biggest issue with a couple of freinds commenting on it. the mini bar prices were very expensive compared to some other hotels in the area. BUT OVER ALL VERY NICE I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

The room was large and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was excellent. It was indeed a pleasure to stay at the hotel for a few days. I have recommended the Royal Ascot to other travellers to Dubai for future stays. Excellent value for the money.

The room was very large clean and comfortable,we enjoyed our stay and certainly return.

Not for its 5 star hotel with the reality that no one would spend 3 or 4 stars, save only the size of the room

GENERALLY GOOD IN THE COMPLEX, spacious and friendly staff make this hotel a good point of reference in Dubai. Its location is 'GET TO THE AREA IDEAL FOR BUSINESS OF THE CITY' PUR remain inserted in the Old Town.

Given the traffic in Dubai its location in the old city is not ideal for those with appointments near the DIFC
