Marco Polo Hotel

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.Noisy family of 6+ in the next room lept me awake all night and although I called reception during the night and made them aware of the problem and they indeed visited the room during the early hours and asked them to make less noise the noise continued with no no more interfiarance from the management of the hotel. When I made my complaint known to the staff at the desk in the morning they showed very little concern,saying(sorry for that an Egiptian family in the next room). I am not normally the complaining type but I wish to make my bad experiance known to you so that perhaps in future others may not have to go through the same.

Okay so far, a little away from life and some malls

I often stay at the Marco Polo when passing through Dubai. I definitely find it best value for money in a family friendly environment with four excellent restaurants to chose from; Chinese, Indian, Mexican and English cuisines. There is also nightly entertainment if one is so inclined. The location is great - within walking distance to two good malls and better than average taxi access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I chose Eurobookings this time because of the good rates.
