Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room that was very spacious.
Sounded like they were remodeling a room underneath of mine at 0730 in the morning. This wouldn't have bothered me if it had not been for the fact that I didn't arrive to the hotel from the aiport until 0100 that morning.

The location to the airport was fantastic for a late night flight, early morning flight. Exactly what we wanted
My husband had to be on the 5:00am shuttle to find there were too many people for that shuttle, the answer from the staff get the next shuttle at 6:00am! Cost us a taxi fare, not expensive but perhaps there should be a system for letting people who arrive first on the shuttle first!

Staff was there to help, like last minute dinner before kichen was closed. I recieved my mail right up before they were closed with no complaints.
Nobody was at the bar after 11pm.

Good location for airport travel.
The reception staff were not very helpful. We had a two person room, but only had enough towels for one person. The water boiler (coffee pot) was broken and the room was not as clean as it should have been. The room ended up costing approximately $160, but it was only around a $90 room.

Close to airport and good staff. Late check-out, 14.00.
The bathroom was definitely not clean!. There was hair everywhere, very distasteful.

I was met by a cheerful front desk employee that made all the difference when you are moving into a room and a hotel for the first time not knowing what to expect. It broke the ice and made the experience more special.
The shuttle service was not discussed at all when I used it in the early morning. It was not clear as to the time of the service pickup frequency or a phone number to call to get information or assistance.
