All was well I have stayed there before over the last 10-12years. Location for me is great For shopping and also for my main purpose over the years has been to attend functions at the Riverview arts centre. Thank you

The staff and how they were so accomodating particulary with the detail of my late arrival flight after flying all day and checking in at midnight. The front desk, without any prompting from myself, noted this and allow for me a late check-out time at 2pm. Very nice and though I didn't use this offer it was very sweet to think strangers were bending over backwards understanding my possible jet lag condition. Due to this act of kindness I will probably stay at this hotel again.
