Your hotel is very nice and obviously quite new. Even though we did not get the room we reserved, our room was very nice and totally adequate for our needs. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel was obviously very full and understaffed for the weekend. We stayed two nights, and our room was not cleaned / replinished during that time. Since it was just the two of us, that was not a hardship for us.

Very easy to find everything. Clean. Very nice meeting room. Really made our family Christmas get together very pleasant and fun for all!! Plenty of clean towels available for pool area.

The continental breakfast was under staffed. Not supplied and food not available at prime time---8am

Size and cleanliness of rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too. Glad you have a happy hour lounge.

Should have spent some money on top soil so the grass would have grown. Would improve exterior of hotel. Windows of our room was filthy. Looked like a yeti swiped a muddy paw/hand across it!

Staff allowed late checkout so we could spend time with our grandchildren. Pet policy is a great perk as our dog was with us as well.
