Cheryl in the bar is always nice!
We were woke up by security at 3:30am screaming at a couple in the hallway that their room wasn't safe to be in? Not sure what that was all about! We were scared to be there!

Location
I called 2 hours ahead to make sure my room was ready for me upon my arrival. They said they were.First attempt to get our room that I booked a month before our trip, the room was occupied!!; then the room had only one bed; finally 3rd attempt I got the room I had reserved. Five floors up on the elevator pulling around our luggage and then back to lobby...back up to fifth floor and then she brought the final third key-card to us. The staff was not apologetic. They should have been embarrassed!! The temperature was not possible to be regulated so it was very hot! Had to pay for parking and valet.

Proximity to meeting.
The heating system did not work. The room was could and could not rest well as a result. The bath room was not sufficently clean. There was mildew and mold in the tile corners.

I appreciated the friendliness of the Staff. The fact that it was located next to my office was a definite plus.
My only complaint was that the mattress was too soft.
