The room was very nice with a great river/city view.
When we had trouble using the keys to get in our room a desk clerk came up with us and when she had trouble also, was able to give us another room on the spot.
We were not told exactly how the room key opened the door.
The shower controls did not match the temperature. When turning the control to hot we got cold water. To get hot water we had to have the control on the cold indicator.

I enjoyed the view and location to the many venues in town.
The web site didn't have the availability to use my Government discount and was denied the use of my Government discount when I asked during check-in. The line and the wait was way too long to check-in and to check-out.

The bar area and outside patio were beautiful! I also enjoyed how they had a waiter serving chocolate covered marshmallows to the people waiting in line to check-in! The concierge desk were amazing at explaining how easy the people mover was to take to comerica park!
It took over an hour to check in which we were thankful for arriving earlier then we needed to be there.

The views of Detroit are great at night. The location is well located for any city activity with a people mover station attached. The general facilities are good
The rooms are nice, but they are old and need updating. The carpet had a large stain near the bedside table, the curtains are old. You have to pay $13/day for wifi.. that should be part of the price in a business centered hotel.

My girlfriend and I were in town for a Detroit Lions game, and we wanted to spend some time at the local casinos. We loved the service! The room was amazing with a fantastic view. We would love to come again.
