Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful!
We were told when we checked in that there was only a room with a king bed available and there were 4 women for the room! A very nice staff person procured 2 twin mattresses that we put on the floor and we were perfectly happy!

The restaurant staff was helpful and friendly and the food was very good.
Even though this is right downtown Des Moines not a single AM station on the radio in the room would tune it. Very small bathroom with no ceiling fan. A lot of the decor just seemed old...70's ish. Many amenities that I enjoyed at my last stay are no longer available at this hotel.

Great location downtown. Walking distance to Civic Center and restaurants. Would most likely stay on next trip to a Civic Center event.

The location was great, the car service was great. The breakfast/brunch was awesome. Great beds and lots of room.
The elevator was a stickler at times.

Friendly staff, lovely king studio room. Great location. Would stay there again.
