Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast provided was quite enjoyable.
Bathroom smelled rancid. Upkeep of fixtures and molding etc. was very poor. Sleeping area was not bad. Parking was inadequate. It was exceptionally crowded during Drake Relays weekend, perhaps all rooms booked, but not enough parking for that type of situation.

The breakfast wasn't too bad.
The room was freezing....the toilet was stained with what I assume was hard water.
