The resort has charm, the lounge and outside patio are lovely.
We had a ocean view and the walk from the elevator was was too long. The rooms were very tired with furniture worn and mismatched. Expected better for the price. The only ice on the floor is located by the elevator, another long walk.

This was our 10 year wedding anniversary and I wrote a comment on the reservation and also called prior to our arrival to emphasize it to see if there was anything you could do to make our stay special. Our room did not have a nice view and nothing was special. Was just hoping for maybe an upgraded room or something.

The view was beautiful and it was a good location. The concierge made last minute dinner reservations for us at a nearby hotel and we were given a great table with a view of the ocean. In additon, we received free desert compliments of the hotel. A nice touch!!
We go in and out of the grounds frequently and with only valet parking available it got to be a hassle.
