Main reason for choosing Sheraton Dallas Hotel: Location
Everyone on staff was excellent at whatever position they held! Very congenial and helpful,from the young man that helped us with our luggage to the next young man that showed us to the coffee shop. Another young man in the restaurant visited with us instead of rushing thru his job, the young women at the check in were all just a joy to deal with and the Gentleman that extended our stay was Wonderful, Hilarious & at the same time very professional! I was in Dallas visiting my daughter in the Cancer Wing of Baylor Medical and I always was uplifted by your staff after very hard days & sad days! Thank you
