Cost of drinks at the bar are high so we only went one night.

Your fitness center is top notch! Your restaurant was excellent. Having easy access to a Starbucks was also really nice.
It shows its age in some places (bathrooms, hallways).

The staff was simply AMAZING!!!!!! I switched rooms and it was seamless....I had pants hemmed and they were done in under two hours.....the bar staff was friendly and efficient and the gold lounge folks were unbelievable!!!!! Almost every person I interacted with was just great!
Sunday attempted lunch in the Restaraunt. Both women were looking down at their phones as I walked up and was close to 10 seconds before they realized I was there. I was seated, a waiter glanced my way and cleared the table next to me. The waitress made 3 stops at the other table next to me....after 7 mins of no service I left and walked past the women at the front on their cell phones again.

All staff were so professional, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Concierge gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. The Dallas Museum of Art is only two blocks away which was also a great convenience.

I think the staff is very helpful and nice. They always try to accommodate my needs to having the same or similar room each year that I visit. I've been coming for many years now and enjoy the hotel.

Very elegant hotel, nicely priced. I was there for the marathon and most cities require a 2 night min. and don't allow late check out. The race starts at 8am, the average runner more than 4 hours to complete the race and can't make the 12pm check out, so allowing a 2pm check out was really nice.
