Clean,comfortable.
Not much for breakfast. Couldn't use phone in room for 1-877 toll free numbers, interfered with getting my business in Cranbrook completed.

Professional but friendly staff - from check in to check out. Clean outside and inside the motel, quiet large room - clean comfy bed and bathroom. Towels were thick and fluffy. Owners were terrific - provided free shuttle service to the airport, and free onsite parking for the time I was away. Will attempt to stay at this hotel anytime I am in Cranbrook - I think they easily outdo all the other comparably priced hotels in Cranbrook.
