Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights and everyday our room was cleaned and left as if it were our first night there. This is especially impressive since most time when I have extended stays in hotels the cleaning staff would only leave clean towels and empty the garbage. I would have to contact the front desk to have the room cleaned properly.
The elevator closest to our room was out of order most of the time we were there.
