The room was well thought out and Spacious
No cutlery at all. So why provide a microwave but no plate or even a spoon. The coffee stirer was a stick!

Room nice and large etc
The hairdryer in room 203 the hose was broken, so had to hold it together whilst drying hair.
There were only 2 paper cups in the room, when the room was for 3 people, and only 1 tea bag, considering the price of the room, would have thought that this would have been properly checked, so very dissapointed with this.

Secure parking, good sound insulation and excellent breakfast
One complimentary small pot of milk and one english teabag in a double 'comfort' room seems unnecessarily stingy

Great stopover hotel. There are a few restaurants nearby but overall the area is not the most appealing.
The rooms are large enough for a small family and are spacious & well-equipped (not common in French hotels). This hotel offers great value for money. Staff are friendly & helpful.
Would be suitable for business travellers too.
Breakfast is a little expensive, although on a par with a lot of French hotels.

Great room for traveling families. The location so close to the Ferry and City of Europe(walking distance) made it ideal for an over night stop.
We would have liked to have three chairs in the room. It was very difficult for us to sit and have tea/ coffee etc. The rest of the facilities live up to the 'Suit' name, could perhaps folding chairs be put in that can store away? We were also supprised by there being only one caffine coffee sachet left out each day, we have stayed in lots of much cheaper hotels who did not seem so mean with tea coffee etc, I don't know if it was to encourage us to use the facilities down stairs but when traveling with small children you hope to be able to stay in the room at the end of a journey.

Room was neat and tidy and clean. And ample parking.
The beds were too hard. Soil consists of a board hardboard. And the breakfast was really disappointing that hard. There was hardly any breakfast. Some mini croissants and some emergency in glass cabinets. We have never had such a meager breakfast. And there was no breakfast room. Soon shall the things we had, we had to eat in the lounge. Have barely enough to pay something to eat. shame!

Room was a great size for a couple with a toddler in a cot.Plenty of space for the toddler to run around, also screens to block off the cot area were a big plus.
The room had a strange smell in places
