Comfortable, ease of access, close to Eurotunnel.
No information in room as to how to use facilities, not enough coffee or biscuits for two (ibis is better) 1 bottle of free water is ridiculous.

The hotel seemed to have recently been refurbished as everything seemed new and clean. Room facilities worked really well for us as a one night stop over as a family.

The room and bathroom were spotless and good quality. Warm and lots of nice hot water.
Would be nice to have got specific instructions finding the hotel coming off the A16 at j42b. I ended up at the eurotunnel entrance!.

There is no restaurant, which in a hotel like this is unusual.
The breakfast was extremely expensive (14E compared with 7.5E at the neighbouring Ibis), but had much less choice.
The room we were in, on the fourth floor, was subject to a continual vibrating noise, all night, like water banging in a pipe above the ceiling.
