The lounge area in the lobby with fireplace and couch was the perfect place to sit and visit with my daughter and her boyfriend, who attend the local university. The bar was nearby and hot bevereges were available in the dining area.
The staff were all helpful and courteous.
The room was very nice, and the bed quite comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was practically barren due to the large number of children staying there for a soccer tournament. The same staff making coffee, (which quickly vanished) and resupplying food, cups, plates, etc., were also cleaning off tables. Cleanliness and Services/Facilities took hits in my evaluation due to this lack of preparation. Management should have anticipated the increased demand and had more staff detailed to work this area. (I did not include management in my rating of the staff.)
The aforementioned children ran wildly through the hallways all evening. I saw only the front desk staff attempting to control this. Did any security person/team patrol the halls?

Quiet room...... very nice.
Good breakfast.
Ice water all day was a nice touch.

The bed was too soft so my husband had difficulty sleeping. We kept
sliding in the middle.

Everyone one was nice and answered ALL of our questions in a positive manner- when we were looking for the pool several workers in the halls asked us if we needed help

The hot tub, pool, fireplace in lobby, easy access to vending needs and very clean and organized rooms
Front desk person Saturday the 28th seemed a little short. When I asked certain questions, she was short and unhelpful. I was trying to understand the difference between rooms allowing my wife to enjoy the best experience possible but we were forced to make a quick decision in order for the front desk person to get back to her non work related conversation.
