The motel was convenient to the two parks we had to play our softball tournament (when the weather permitted). My granddaughter and I had Room 115 which was convenient to the back parking but on the Friday night we were kept awake by the back door slamming constantly until approx. 3 AM. You might consider locking that door after midnight and only the main door be made available to late people.

The beds were comfortable, and clean. I did like the micowave and the fridge in the rooms and the breakfast was good.
The rooms were on the small side for 2 people and the bath towels could have been bigger.

We enjoy the location of the hotel, the staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile with a smile on their face. For the past 4 trips we have stayed at the same hotel and really find it most satifactory. We always seem to meet up with total strangers and have breakfast with. And the breakfast is great.

Excellent room rate and use of the computer for personal business.
No elevator and no pool.
