Staff was wonderful. There was a mixup and only 2 rooms were reserved instead of 3. It was all straightened out easily. Tim the assistant manager was WONDERFUL!

Late check in was easy & early check out was even smoother. If my daughter decides to attend ISU, I'm sure we will stay here often.

Our room was exceptionally clean - great job housekeeping staff. The room was very spacious and well thought out in design. Surprisingly, that helps after a long day of driving.
We have no complaints, negavtive comments or suggestions.

Breakfast was good.
Dirty stained furniture and carpeting. Bathroom had dirty grout and rusty fixtures. LOUD LOUD hallways until midnight. Second night was better after repeated complaints. Could not sleep on broken down couch sleeper, slept on the floor instead.

the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was meticulous.
The sitting room was dark and dreary, the lighting sucked and the internet service was terrible.
