Several things....VERYclean and pleasant........very comfortable beds and in a good location for our stay. Easy on and off the highway and close to the event we were attending . We would definitely stay there again if or when we go to Claremore again!!
Our tv in our room did not have the volume for Fox News and Fox Business News. We reported it and the lady could not fix it and also the ice machine in the hallway was not working. B

It is very easy. Parking in front, elevator for luggage and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. I have stayed a few times and had nice experiences.

The lights! Dead bulb in the desk light; in a room with 2 beds you could have one bedside light on or the other, but wired so you couldn't use both.
