During my recent stay, I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room.

During my recent stay, I did not like the fact that my Air Conditioner was preset, and it was warm at night. I stayed on the first floor and was not allowed a room above the first floor, even though I requested one. Instead I was given a room on the first floor, where the carpet in front of the elevator smelled like urine, the carpet needs to be steam cleaned and aired-out. This is not the first thing that anyone likes to smell at wake-up. At breakfast the food was cold, and there was not enough variety of meats to go along with the eggs. The breakfast area was not supervised and food was left open, tables were dirty with food and not being cleaned.
