Convenient, clean, and well priced.

The only complaint I have is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom, Room 208, didn't work. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The people the hotel were super...especially the manager, Ali. He made sure that my family had everything needed for a good stay while we visited friends who live in Chico.

This was our first time being in Chico...and for my wife and son, their first time in the United States. Ali and his staff helped us with direction to places in the area we wished to see and were alway cheerful and eager to help us. This is very important to people such as us and we will let our feidns know about our stay.

Front the desk person was very helpful.

Yes. I asked for a Late Checkout and the Front Desk lady at 8am said i could. Then we got a call at 11:05 stating we were gonna be charged another day if we didnt leave now, also stating he had no such thing as a late checkout? Plus the continental breakfast was not anything i expected. They did not even have orange juice!!

Location, cleanliness, helpful stall. Proximity to downtown and running event.

Young college clientele over the weekend was very loud. Out of control partying until about 2 am made it difficult to sleep.

I refuse to ever go here again, it was disgustingly filthy. The room reeked of recent cigarette smoke, there were full ashtrays by every hotel room door. I had to wash everything I own and air it out in the pout of doors as soon as I got home, the smell made me and my husband sick. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor and counter, the carpet was dirty and had hair and lint on it, there was hair on the sheets when I turned them down. The bedside lamps and alarm clock were unplugged so I had to move the bed to plug them in, moving the alarm clock to the desk as there were not enough plugs. The following day housekeeping Unplugged the alarm clock so i hed to re-set it again! I have told everyone I know to avoid this hotel and I posted it on Yelp.

The hotel room was dirty, as were the parking lot and public areas. Ciagrette butts were strewn all over the exterior walkways leading to the rooms. My alarm clock was broken. At the time I checked into the hotel on Friday afternoon, a heavily, shirtless male patron was screaming profanities at his equally female companion. I was assured by hotel staff that this was very unusual and would be dealt with. This did not prove to be the case. Other guests at the hotel were extremely loud. One night, a crowd congregated in the parking lot and did not quiet down until after 4:00 AM. Complaints to the desk appeared to go unheeded. I would rate this as one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my entire life. Other hotels in downtown Chico were booked up, so I could not relocate to another location.
