I was very fortunate to receive an upgrade on my room when I arrived. It was a very nice space. Everything was clean and worked properly. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

WIFI is a service being used by millionsi-pads, telephones, laptops! being charged a very high rate to use internet services is outdated. Your customers deserve to have the facility of 'free' WIFI, which of course as all businesses know, will be included in the overall calculations of room service, prices etc. Perhaps its time for a wake up to what hundreds of your competitors are offering, 'free' WIFI.
