Very accommodating to a group of traveling bikers to Sturgis. Thanks for allowing the trailer to park in the lot! We enjoyed our stay.

Friendliness of staff goog, offered bottled water at check was a nice touch. parking area and clean of cigarette butts noted at other hotels. Room, although smaller than some was clean and well maintained.
I got the feeling that there is a bit of built up grime on carpets and some walls. Elevator carpet had small bits of paper, etc around edge of carpet like is was out of the vacuums cleaning area. Toilet had limited flush function so had to take tank top off and flush manually in order to get enough water to flush waste away.

Clean and new looking
The waffle machine wasn't working. But there was other good food to eat. I really like the microwave breakfast sandwiches.

The cost of just two nights at the Fairfield Inn was too high. I would recommend your hotel to others but with advice to seek cheaper rates first.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. They continually checked with us to see if there was anything that we needed. I also felt the breakfast had a good selection.
The bed was not very comfy. However, I know that the hotel is currently doing a renovation and that those will be upgarded soon.

I ALWAYS STAY AT THE SAME HOTEL AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS THE BEST, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. WILL BE THERE AGAIN IN OCT.
