The front desk people were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable about the area and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant staff were also very helpful - the TV's were a strange experience in the dining room. Kinda odd watching Jeopardy with no sound... I would have just preferred good music.
The bathroom was a little tired, so didn't feel as clean as the rest of the room

After arriving I was not given the room I had booked online. The staff made a switch for me to an upgraded room with no problem. The staff was very hospitable and helpful.
It's a non smoking facility.
