The room was very clean and was freshly supplied each day . The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I also thought the location couild not have been better for a firsttime visitor to the city,

A beautiful building, clean and sparkling everywhere. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent. A perfect location for walking through the historic and French quarter sections of Charleston.
The pricey valet parking. It was very efficient, but very pricey.

It was the perfect location to everything. loved the pool area. Beautiful and very relaxing after a day of touding your wonderful historic district. Staff very helpful also and very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Receiving the USA Today every morning. Friendly staff. The manager got me a charger to use for my cell and iPad since I travelled without it.
The little gift shop closing so early...bought diet cokes there. One recommendation I would suggest is putting more towel racks up or hooks outside of bathroom to hang towels. Wanted to reuse the bath towels but no where to hang them ( there were two of us in the room. Would also suggest to offer better coffee creamer.
