Very close to shopping centre. Complimentary internet access. Most staff were so pleasant and helpful. When we were checking out , we saw a lovely and friendly dog at office and I had a great time chatting with the owner who works at that office and so charming and well behaved dog. That was indeed my high light of staying at your hotel.
We had a breakfast at your hotel, hot meal part should be improved a little. Otherwise good breakfast.

They upgraded us to a larger room because the accessable shower we had asked for was not available as promised so they installed a hand held shower for my wife .
We did not get the accessable shower we had been promised when we booked.

The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.
The building looks tired. I thought it was a bit pricey. For 100 bucks plus the hotel needs a facelift.

The fact that the people renovating the place smoking rite outside the door so all the smoke is coming back in the building,wasnt to impressed about that nor was the wife,the whole hallway stunk of smoke, and also my room apparently, don't come with continental breakfast, realy, considering we stayed there for three nights, and the front counter person says that i have an extra person in the room when the extra person is my spouse.
