Super 8 by Wyndham Casper West by the River

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We stay here about 5 times a year and have never been disappointed.

1. Having a room on the first floor and not having to drag luggage up the stairs (I am disabled). 2. Located near the people I was visiting and was easy to find. 3. Nice breakfast.

1. No usable grab bar inside the tub/shower. There was a nice grab bar outside the tub/shower, which was nice for entering and leaving the tub/shower but the only one inside was down at the top of the tub and would only be usable by someone who actually was sitting down inside the tub (which no disabled person would ever do). This grab bar was useless to anyone using the shower chair that was provided, as well as to someone standing up inside the shower. 3. Breakfast over too soon--I missed it most days. 4. Try as I might I can not get on the internet at Super8. I can get right on at the Holiday Inn and even at the Show Boat but not in the Super8 no matter what city I am in or how hard I try. 3. Parking lot is so tight that it is nervewracking to back out of almost any spot.

I think the hotel hits all the basics exceptionally well - a great, clean-feeling facility, good communal area. The staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't try the food but I was impressed that something was a available all night and it sounded like a great breakfast spread. I think this place is a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that got to me was that there was something on the wall that looked like snot. I'm sure the walls aren't part of the normal cleaning routine, but this did gross me out and put a little taint on my experience.
