Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Casper: Location
Having a handicap room, when we arrived there was no shower bench in the bath however the staff quickly fixed this issue and made it a very enjoyable stay.

Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Casper: Rate
This is a nice hotel but cleaning staff needs to learn that you have to vacuum and clean ALL the floors as well as carefully wiping up the bathroom floor, under the sink area and all. We found candy wrappers, bobby pins, etc in the room. Also, the halls hadn't been vacummed in days; it was obvious.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.
We were not aware that the pool was going to be closed for maintance. This was very disappointing since we had two small children and swimming was really the highlight of their trip. We were offered to use the pool next door at the Hilton. This would have been fine if it wasnt freezing cold with high wind gusts. We were not prepared to walk outside in our swim wear at the end of November in the middle of Wyoming. Really disappointing for the kids:(

As usual our stay was very good. We enjoy the clean room and facilities. The young man helping at the breakfast area was very polite and did an amazing job keeping the area clean. We always stay at the Hampton when we visit Casper.
There was only one issue and that was the fact that I was charged an extra $20.00 per night for an extra person in the room but was not able to have a roll-away bed brought in to accommodate that 5th person.
