The Days Inn in Casper was a great hotel.
The Hotel was fine it was your service that is a night mare!!! I called Expedia seven times and they had no record of my confirmation number. So after that they finally gave me your number to contact.. I tried you nine times and was disconnected with every time. Your automated service I hate!! I never talked to a human that could help me get a receipt. I was in Casper for Federal Jury duty and I could not get paid because of you!! $163.48 dollars I had to pay for because of your dysfunctional service!!

Rather dreary, out-dated furnishings, but since it was clean, it was adequate for late arrival/early departure. Would not have enjoyed a longer stay.

The breakfast was passable, and the staff was fairly friendly.
The hotel is due for a face-lift and renovation. The hallways were pretty dingy and our room was just outside the hotel cleaning/laundry room, hence the housekeeping staff was loud, talking over the washers and dryers. The grounds were in need of upkeep.

It was clean and neat. Very accommodating when we needed a room on 1st floor.
The housekeepers left vacuums in the middle of the exit doors so we had to climb over them. Cleaning equipment was on both sides of hallways making it difficult to navigate when carrying luggage.
