Staff friendliness. John at the breakfast was friendly, efficient, and very respectful of patrons. He did an excellent job.

Rips and cigarette burns in the carpeting. Old outdated furniture . The lighting in the dressing area was blinding., had to use the bathroom lights.

Not a great location. Hotel is next to a bar. Not a lot of parking spaces and the spaces were small. Got two queen bands and the bedspreads didn't match each other. Only two towels in the bathroom. I asked for more and was told that all of them were in the dryer. Staff didn't offer to bring me any when they were done.

We had a situation that we were concerned about, we called the office and the manager Vern came out and took care of the situation my wife, I were very pleased that Vern took care of us. We will stay there again. Lupe Vasquez

Everything was great, could not ask for better staff.
I would have liked having a coffee pot in my room or at least a mug to use in the micowave.

Very roomy with lots of room amenities. Easy walking distance to many Carson Locations.
The not the fault of the hotel, some loud drunken (others staying there) were out in the parking lot at 3am, and a few of us had to go down and remind them that civilization still existed. There was a lot going on in Carson that weekend.
