Main reason for choosing Gamma Campeche Malecón: Location
We liked everything about our stay. It is such a great hotel with everything we needed from WiFi, Fitness Room, Restaurant and room service, water near the elevator and in the room, etc. It is so close to downtown that it was great for going back and forth to relax after visiting the different places in town. GREAT Customer Service by everyone, reception was awesome but the customer service in the restaurant was just excellent!!!
The safe in room 332 needs to be fixed (does not have a lock). One of the faucets was leaking and they came to fix it while we were there immediately after calling, more fixing was needed but we asked they to do it after we left.
