The lodge is located in a beautiful area and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
I have stayed there many times and especially like the lounge with live music and the food in the restaurant is four star.

Le petit déjeuner et les bungalows sont confortables
Le room service qui n'avait rien chaud à 19h30..... Soit disant pour matériel casse ( le four cassé, la friteuse cassée etc.... )

The grounds are beautiful, we were fortunate to be there during their Christmas Lights presentation, all staff we encounted were very personable, way above just doing a job.

Lodge was quiet since it was off the main drag.
We were placed on the first floor. Through out the evening and well after midnight people above us on the second floor sounded like dancing elephants.
Since we booked through a third party there was no recourse on pricing.
Buffet was so so, water pressure in the shower was very low and changed when the next room used their water.
Not a good experience at all.

Beautiful cabins and nice location, i stayed with a group of friends for a night only, but wish i could ve stayed longer to enjoy theplace. I highly recommend it.

Lovely quiet and beautiful spot near Cambria. The gardens were exceptionally lovely and made this a special place. The hot breakfast included in the price was excellent and included home baked goodies every morning! Our room was spacious and comfy, beds very clean and comfy.
A little hard to find the hotel, signs a little confusing. Easier to find it in daylight hours.
Just found the front desk staff a bit harried and impersonal, no "welcome" feeling, all business. Didn't ask how we liked the stay or thank us for staying there! I guess they have plenty of business. But it is a lack of that personal touch that is disappointing. I realize we arrived at a busy time, Friday evening, but that shouldn't matter. (I called ahead to say we'd be a late checkin, not a problem that way)I'd still recommend this place, because it is very pretty and an exceptional property. Just no real personal touch.

Rest in the room despite near the shipyard and the church.
I has gotten no room for my hotel bill from the mission statement for my company because I have posted on your agency. The bill I get from you I was told. Is that so??

The front office staff was terrific. I had inadvertently made our reservation for the next night and the staff quickly handled it and had us in our room with no extra cost. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was Tuesday night and here were four of us and when we went over for dinner (without reservations) the restaurant was full. The host suggested that we could ask the bartender if she had time to serve us in the bar. She did and was great about it. We had a lovely dinner and great opportunity to visit.
