The staff were very welcoming and happy to accommodate our need for a later check-out to fit in with the rest of our itinerary. We only had one meal, a fairly late lunch, after arriving at the hotel, and were impressed by the menu and the quality of the food, not least a perfectly cooked piece of fresh salmon..
The pool was empty and the view a bit like looking out on a building site, but it was becAuse of the hotel getting ready for a change of season.

Both restaurants are great. Staff is great and valet parking.
Wish the pool was year round. Is also closed right now for renovation. Better quality tv, rented a movie and was very grainy.

We stay at Hotel Arts every year for one night to attend a holiday party at the Stampede Grounds. We like the proximity to the party. I also appreciate the great lighting in the bathroom! We asked for a fridge and did get one so that is good.
The tissue box was empty, there was only one housecoat (which was remedied). How does a customer get a free upgrade to a superior room? We are loyal customers.

The staff was lovely. As far as I'm concerned, if you have a great staff, it makes all the difference. The hotel is beautiful too. I've already raved about it to people I know.
