I would like to say that almost everything was top notch.
I could not beleive that I could not get a telephone book from anywhere or anybody in the whole hotel, I find this odd and inconvient. I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Toronto and this was no problem, because of this small item I probably will not stay in your hotel on my next visit as this is an important item for me.

I found the rooms very dated and in need of updates, especially considering the price.
