The staff was professional friendly and knowledgeable. We always enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee in the mornings.
Yes. The pool was clean and well keep, however, the jacuzzi was not working during our visit.

Very, very, very nice people!
Elevator failed, I had to haul my stuff via stairs. Not a big issue though, but it was hard.
