Main reason for choosing Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington: Location
I stayed previously at the Waterfront and had a pleasant stay. I also noticed that they were pet friendly. We had a perfect stay once again. The location is very convenient to the lovely waterfront park as well as the downtown core. Plenty of lovely patios for dining. We will definitely return.
Also convenient to the Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards.

Beautiful location on Lake Ontario at the end of Brant Street.
I had totally unpacked and settled into my room only to discover I had no mini fridge yet there was clearly a location for one below the television. When I phoned the front desk to comment that I had no fridge and really wanted one for keeping a few light snacks, they told me then could send one up for an extra $10 per day. I was very disappointed with this !!

Staff at desk and at restaurant etc. very polite and good service.
I SUGGESTED AND RECCOMENDED THAT YOU HAVE HAND SAFETY GRIPS (RAILS) INSTALLED IN THE SHOWERS. SOMEBODY WILL EVENTUALLY FALL. I HAD A SMALL SLIP BUT RECOVERED OK.I RECOMMENDED THIS ON THE MORNING OF MY SECOND DAY. PLEASE DO IT.

Liked the spaciousness of the corner rooms, friendly people, beautiful park
Had a Jacuzzi tub in room but did not use it. There was pink and black mole in and around the jets.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the view of the lake from my room.The bathroom was especially clean and in good reapair no cauking falling out, no marks on walls. Excellent. My stay was very pleasant and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Would definetly recommend this hotel.

We liked the area around the hotel, nice area to walk along the front and onto the pier, the staff were very helpful and polite, checking in was excellent. very clean room all conveniences.
