For the price, very good. Staff very helpful in trying to find local car hire etc. in "thetre district" so a few bistro/restaurant places dotted around nearby. The one we tried (Encore) was excellent.
This was a last minute booking as unable to fly into NY. Although great for the price, downtown Buffalo is not the place to go for a trip away - there is nothing there. We found out to get to shops etc, other than driving to a mall, we should have stayed at an airport hotel. Also, it's expensive to use the Hotel for parking - I left it over the road on a meter that was free overnight.

The staff were very helpful but the fact that there is no internet unless you pay for it frustrated me . even MacDonalds have free internet!!! Downtown Buffalo is not the place to be on a Sunday afternoon - there is nothing open and very little to do within walking distance of the hotel. I would think twice before I would stay there again.
