Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car celle qui nous avait été attribué sentait horriblement la cigarette et surtout le schitt! C était insoutenable !
On nous a donné une autre chambre très gentiment avec des excuses.

La réception a été très agréable. Nous avions demandé une chambre au rez de chaussé ce qui n'avait pas été transmis par la personne qui avait pris la communication. Or la réceptionniste voyant mon mari qui marchait difficilement s'est arrangée pour en trouver une libre ou faire un échange. Nos compliments.
Il n'y a pas d'adresse de l'hôtel, ce qui complique l'aide d'un GPS sur lequel il est demandé l'adresse exacte rue et n° .

We have used the hotel on many occasion whilst passing through on our way to our house in Spain. We always use this hotel as we travel with our dogs and find it excellent for our needs. The staff we meet have always been helpful and we will continue to stay here. The location is great for us being just off the motorway.
