Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms.
No shampoo or bath soap other than a pump style soap.
Need more grab bars in the handicap washroom. Grab bars were only in the shower stall itself.

Pool, poolside room, renovated tastefully, clean and comfortable.
Better pillows. Do you have feather pillows available? Quiet time could be enforced in the corridors, as it was fairly noisy with many families staying there when I was - kids running in halls and doors slamming.

We had a fantastic time during our stay, We stayed during thanksgiving weekend and had our children and grandchildren over to swim and use the play gym. we had a poolside room and the table and chairs provided outside our room was the best thing for our gathering. The pool was very nice and the kids loved it. The rooms were very clean and the shower was awesome. thank you to the employee that brought us the tablecloth and helped us set up the chairs. We are already planning on doing this again next year, thanks for the good time!!!!

Clean,Quiet,Roomy. The place we look forward to coming to when we come to Brandon.
Room card erases too easily. Other types of cards used by other hotels do not erase so readily. How about a free breakfast for everyone?

Poolside room with outside table & chairs
refrigerator was a nice size
There could have been more trash cans ie.one in the bathroom as well as by the sink. as well as extra trash bags. Also we did not have enough towels for all 3 of us.

The cleanliness of the room was very much appreciated. The staff in the restaurant/lounge were very friendly. The front desk clerk could have been more friendly at check-in, but maybe she was having a bad day.
I would definately stay here again.

The room was wonderful. Very modern and clean. Everything worked! The buffet on Sunday morning was excellent.
