Pleasant and very good location. Night manager was very good.
Poor shuttle service, esp. to the airport - only one shuttle and that one was full at the time we needed it. In addition, on booking the room for 3 adults, I asked for 2 queens without any alerts from the booking gentleman. Low and behold, on arriving, the second bed was an uncomfortable pullout couch. Unforgivable not to have told us that.
