The room was adequate but the hallways and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was very nice as well as friendly.
Cigarette smoke smell in hallways. I had to call the assistance line because of a problem connecting with the Wi-Fi and the tech. Was no elp at all.

It was a pleasant experience.
I was surprised you did not have soaps, shampoo etc like every place I have ever stayed at, and at one point I was traveling quite a lot. I realize you are set up for people who will....well...have an extended stay.

It smelled terribly of cigarette smoke throughout the hall and in my room when the bathroom fan was on. The carpets were disgusting with big stains and stale odor. I also didn't realize how bare bones the set up is.... No shampoo, no hair dryer, plastic drinking glasses. It was a real let down.
