We had an issue with bed bugs and head lice!! Since the mgr and owner of the motel would never return any of my calls I wouldn't have wrote this opinion on our room!! Maybe next time they will take this stuff a little more serious!! I no things happen but nothing was ever done!

I love the location. I can walk to and from the airport and the price is reasonable.

When I arrived I was given a room that was occupied. Then the room keys didn't seem to be working for several rooms which took over an hour to fix. Also, there are lots of people staying there who catch the 5am shuttle to the airport and it would be nice if the lobby had coffee ready at that hour. I know the breakfast service doesn't start until 6 or later, but with quite a few quests up and leaving early, coffee and muffins would be nice.

It was the usual great location with a shuttle and comfortable room.

I made my reservation online with the help of the Sleep Inn phone number. The guy who helped me was friendly and very helpful--what I had come to expect with my visits to Boise. He said nothing about a charge for parking--which I had never paid in the past--and he said that since we were leaving so early in the morning the staff might make us a box breakfast to take along. When we arrived it was to find we would be charged $6 a night for parking, an unexpected expense. And when I mentioned the box breakfast the clerk said, "Well, you can talk to her, but I don't think she'll do it." Her attitude was not what I expected after my many visits in the past, and I missed the nice guy who took care of me then. I will definitely shop around before I stay here again in the future.

My wife and I stay often at the Sleep Inn Boise. This has been a great place to rest in the course of our trips. My wife sleeps poorly anywhere, but seems to be able to rest the night well here.

There is a smell of cigarette smoke in the hall at times, which comes through the vent system in the bathroom into the room. Breakfast was good, but could benefit from a Belgian waffle maker.

Close to Airport, staff was friendly and helpful.

Coffee pot in room, but no coffee packets!!! Did not notice till morning checkout.

It took 7 mins to get hot water in the shower
