Close to venue. The rooms were okay and pretty clean.

The breakfast was not very good. The coffee was very weak.

The room was quiet, good for a night's rest. It was more than I expected.

Had someone trying to use their card to get into the room at 4 am. Big basketball game that day, maybe too much "fun" for the lost room guy. Could have a list of cable channels to make finding a station easier. Bath towels are almost the size of a large washcloth.

The closeness and convenience getting to my daughter's dorm at IU. The low cost of the hotel is also great for quick weekends away.

The front desk staff is not very friendly. We have stayed there twice and had the same experience both times. Also, getting out onto 46 is really hard because of traffic. Maybe you can request a stop light from the city.
