Very clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet. I liked everything at this hotel. Would love to stay here again.

The price was somewhat cheaper than similar hotels.

They did not have the type of room I reserved, so two adult women had to sleep in one king bed. The hotel was very loud the first night. The shower was terrible. Took forever to warm up & had no water pressure. Breakfast okay but not as nice as similar hotels. Got back to room around 4 PM on second day. Had not been cleaned yet so had to wait in lobby for it to be cleaned. When we went back up, our key cards did not work. Second night hotel was insanely, ridiculously loud. A fraternity was having an alum event. I have never heard so much noise in a hotel. Overall, not impressed at all. And not a good location if visiting IWU.

Staff

Spacious, quiet room, generous sized pool, excellent price.

We asked the staff person at the desk about breakfast, when we arrived from Wisconsin at 1 am, and she told us breakfast was from 7:30 till 10 am. So set our alarms and arrived promptly at 9:45, only to be told that breakfast ended at 9:30. The staff person at that time was apologetic but flustered, and seemed unable to make anything right. We were heading for a funeral and there was barely enough time to find a Burger King. Annoying.
