Staff was very pleasant.
Need a better exercise machine in the fitness center. Endurance machines were good but the machine to exercise muscles of the upper body was not as good as it could be.

Nice staff. The breakfasts were good (although there were quite a few guests the Sunday morning we were there, so we ended up clearing a table for ourselves, seemed like maybe the hotel was slightly understaffed in the eating area). Rooms were clean and in good shape (nothing visibly broken, damaged, etc.)
Unfortunately, we did have a few issues that were a bit dissapointing: Our room was very warm. I adjusted the thermostat before going to bed, but it did not work at all. It was not a very restful night because of the temperature. The steam room was not working at all. The sauna was not nearly warm enough; the heat control was set to a maximum setting and while the heater was ON, there was a very loud buzzing sound (lukewarm, at best, sauna and a non-relazing buzzing sound.
